ME 25

2-way-coaxial-compact-loudspeaker in vented box

"In spite of the minimal dimensions, these transducers sounded so true, natural and still musical – it really left a mark on us. When listening to these transducers, their perfect play makes you suddenly feel like a real audio engineer. Suddenly you hear details which you believe to never have heard before."

ME 25

The ME 25 2-way coaxial loudspeaker is the most compact passive loudspeaker in our ME series. Its 5-inch woofer system and its 1-inch tweeter system are integrated into a bass-reflex cabinet and feature excellent converter linearity. The ME 25 performs very well as front and effect loudspeaker in 5.1 surround systems; in connection with a suitable AV receiver, it can be complemented with our Basis 11K subwoofer. Its mid-treble range qualities are highly independent of room characteristics, which contributes to uncomplicated spatial positioning of the loudspeaker. The particular radiation characteristics allow a well-balanced listening experience for a basis width between 1 m and 3 m. The ME 25 can be operated horizontally. Optionally, a stand in matching veneer with integrated cable duct is available.

The general concept of the passive 2-way coaxial loudspeaker ME 25 is characterised by its minimal dimensions, its well-balanced and low-distortion sound image and its high dynamic qualities.
