TT15SP

The active bass reinforcement systems TT12SP1 ... 3, TT15SP1 ... 3 and TT18KSP1 ... 3 extend the bass transmission range of our TS series speakers by more than one octave. Depending on the case of application and the required maximum level three different versions are offered. Beginning with compact 12 and 15-inch bass reflex systems to the high power subwoofer with 18-inch long throw driver and cardioid technology harmonise technically and optically with our mid top cabinets from the TS series. These systems feature high dynamics and low distortion. Besides the technical advantages of the subwoofers from ME Geithain all equipment share a robust cabinet from ply hardwood, impact-resistant coating on polyurethane base, pocket handles and a top hat fitting for the attachment of an adjustable pole.

Thanks to configurable active filters and integrated power amplifiers there is no need for a loudspeaker management system or additional amplifiers to operate them, because the subwoofers from the TT...SP series come with integrated amplifiers to drive passive mid top cabinets. The use of active speakers from the TS  series is also possible. We offer the power amplifier in three variants. One with stereo input (TT...SP2) for small 2.1 systems, a mono version (TT...SP1) for greater applications and third, a subwoofer version (TT..SP3) to support all active cabinets. The amplifier of the mono variant (TT...SP1) can drive a second passive bass and a mid top cabinet with up to 1000 W.

The front is secured against damages optically neutral with a perforated steel grille fronted by acoustic foam.
